We want you to love your SnapShield case! All sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

Exchanges / Replacements:

  • If you receive a defective case or your order is not delivered, we’ll provide a replacement case at no extra cost.

  • We’ll make sure your replacement matches your original order and meets our quality standards.

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Contact us at [your email/contact link] with your order number and details of the issue.

  2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on sending your case (if needed) and receiving your replacement.

  3. Once confirmed, your replacement will be shipped as quickly as possible.

Please Note:

  • Since we do not accept returns, all other items are considered final sale.

  • Replacement cases are only provided for defective items or orders not delivered.

  • Shipping costs for replacements are covered by SnapShield.

  • Sale or clearance items may also be final and only eligible for replacement if defective or not delivered.
